The earlier, the better. Bringing us into the planning process early allows us to review the scope, discuss materials and installation requirements, and coordinate timing with other contractors when needed.
Once the inquiry form is completed, Luke will schedule an in-person walkthrough to learn more about your project, talk through your goals, and answer any initial questions. He can also help guide you through material considerations and coordinate with other contractors when needed. Once your materials are ordered and everything is ready to go, installation begins. Throughout the process, we keep communication clear so you always know what to expect.

Before installation, make sure the work area is accessible and personal belongings are cleared from the space. We’ll let you know about any additional preparation needed for your specific project, including demolition, subfloor preparation, or coordination with other trades.
Yes. We’re happy to collaborate with builders, interior designers, architects, and other professionals involved in your project.

Absolutely. Luke can answer questions about materials and provide recommendations based on your project and installation needs.
For help selecting tile and flooring, we’re proud to partner with Newton Decorating Center. John Newton and Heather can help you explore material options and make selections that work for your space. They can also coordinate directly with Luke to determine how much material to order and arrange delivery.
Already have a preferred supplier or want to source materials elsewhere? That works, too. Luke is happy to coordinate with your supplier and help make sure the right materials are ordered and ready for installation.
The right material depends on where it will be installed, how the space will be used, your maintenance preferences, and the overall look you want to achieve. We can help you understand your options and choose materials that make sense for both your space and your project.
In many cases, yes. If you have already selected your materials, we can discuss whether they are appropriate for your project and installation. We recommend reviewing materials with us before purchasing to make sure they are suitable for the intended application.
We install porcelain, ceramic, natural stone, and mosaic tile, as well as hardwood flooring and luxury vinyl plank (LVP).
